This is my go-to location whenever I'm heading to or leaving from my church for a visit or Sunday service when I take 121. Personally this is my favorite SB location.
I've done both walk-in and drive-thru that I have so much experience. I also had call-ahead traveler's orders. At all my visit, the employees are super friendly and willing to hold conversations with you even if they are busy. However, the convos are shorter when busy hours ;) They always seek for wait time ahead of my order when I visit; so, I am always thankful for that.
The drinks I get are always consistent!
Cleanliness of this location is always consistent whether busy or andante. I love how well the employees keep the store clean. I wish it had more seats; so, I can sit on a busy hours too, lol. (not outside tho). -

Wildly understaffed. 10 minutes for a black coffee, and I sat in there for over an hour watching one customer after another come in with a smile and leave frustrated after unbelievable drink times. Several orders even had to be remade after the lonnnnng time taken to make the original one incorrectly. Stay away.

Its a descent Starbucks. Has drive thru but the only downside is that there are not enough seatings most of the time we have to sit outside in the hot weather.

This is the second time this has happened at this store- I ordered my favorite refresher and it's just a cup full of freaking ice. Barely any of the actual drink was in this, and I'm not going to waste my time going back to complain. So disappointing. Don't the lines on the cups mean something guys? I should get more than two good swigs from a 5.00 drink.

I really wanted this to be my go-to location since I'm an avid coffee drinker. But it's always a hit-or-miss here. Sometimes they make it right, a lot of times they don't. They quite often seem to forget that extra shot I ask for. When I mentioned this to the drive-through person a few months back, she was very kind and gave me a coupon for a future drink in the house.
However, today they messed up 3 out of four items on my order. I ordered 2 tall drinks with an extra shot in each - I was given 2 grandes with extra shots (had to go ask for extra shots for these because now there's too much milk). I asked for a butter croissant - I was given an almond one. When I went back in to tell the lady what happened, she did not apologize for the mistakes. I pointed out to her that if the person taking the order at the cash register had been trained to repeat back my order, at least my coffee order error would have been avoided - she said she would talk to the person (but I never saw her do that). With her attitude, I doubt I'll be back to this location.
